About The Show - Ask a House Cleaner

About the show - Ask a House Cleaner man with mopWondering about the show and how it came to be? Well, at Savvy Cleaner we are bombarded daily with questions about house cleaning. Yay for us. Because that's what we do, we answer house cleaning questions and help you grow your cleaning business. And we've noticed over the years that the names of the people asking the questions change, and so do small details of their issues like the number of dogs an owner might have, or how many hours required for a particular job. But lots of the questions are the same.  On this show, we answer lots of common questions.  If you've ever wondered how house cleaning works - tune into this show, you may be surprised to learn a few things.  DISCLAIMER: This show is not intended to replace business consulting. Every business has its sensibilities and unique requirements to survive and thrive. While the answers to the questions will help you improve your cleaning and grow your cleaning business - we are not responsible for your business success. You are.

About The Show Philosophy - Work Smart Not HardAbout the show philosophy - work smart not hard

Work Smart Not Hard is the philosophy of the show and is adopted from our show host Angela Brown. She insists that reinventing the wheel is a waste of precious resources. "You don't need to make all the mistakes. You can learn and benefit from the mistakes of others." Watch, Learn, Do, Share is her system - and it works. This show will teach you to #WorkSmartNotHard.

About The Show Answers - Do They Work?

About the show answers - do they workThe answers work, but sometimes people do not. If you are the type of person who loves to consume information and do nothing about it - then sit back and enjoy the show. But the answers will not work for you. It's like buying a gym membership and hoping that paying for the subscription will make you lose weight. Alas, that's not how it works. An empty gym is just an empty gym. You've got to get your butt off the couch and go to the gym. And get yourself into an aerobics class before you will see any results. Just showing up isn't enough. You have to go to the gym on a consistent basis. And you have to watch what you eat. And you have to change your relationship to food and calorie-filled drinks.  You will need to figure out how to motivate yourself on days when you're weak. And you need an accountability partner.  Do the answers work? Yes, they do if you do. And you need a strategy. You can listen to the show all you want but you'll need to tweak what you hear and make it your own. Figure out how you can use a tip in your situation at work or in your company. If you get results we want to hear about it.

About The Show Guests - Can I Be A Guest?

About the show guestsAsk a House Cleaner is just a question and answer show. It's a five to ten-minute show created in snippets that you can consume while driving to the next cleaning account. It's not set up to interview guests. And because the show is so short, it wouldn't do justice to a guest willing to spend some time with you, the listeners. If you have a guest you would like to have interviewed by Angela Brown; you may be a good fit for My Cleaning Connection. Send your query to Angela[@]MyCleaningConnection.com
