Hoarding and sunlight are enemies. It's hard to hoard when your
home is bright and sunny and cheery your brain is powered by
serotonin. When you feel fantastic and you can see clearly, you'll
be able to find lots of things in your home. You'll finally see
things that need to be removed and places for things you want to
keep.
Today we're not talking about clutter and house cleaning, but about
upgrading the environment of your home. When your home is happy,
you're happy and the overwhelm and depression starts to fade.
For today's Hoarding World exercise, we'll simply open all the
blinds, curtains, and windows in the home so we can free the
darkness and let the sunlight in.
